  Just a suggestion 1. Is there a possibility that your company would consider providing shoppers with a PICK-UP- INSTORE option and, 2. Provide shoppers with access to check if a specific uniform is available or out of stock in a given store. These two options will make it easier for customers like myself. I have gone to one of your locations to find out after spending almost an hour and a half that you did not have my son's uniform in stock, I had to have it shipped home, AND had to pay shipping after having to spend time and money to get to your location. Please consider for the near future.

  I went in to exchange uniforms and the line was long but the service that I received was great. The young lady who worked at the return desk was attentive, respectful and solved my problem in a timely manner. Great customer care!

  I was there last night and I didn't really have to wait a long time to get help, the girl who help me was very professional and I liked it. The part I didn't like is when I had to wait for the rest of my order. There was I believe the manager who was giving away the orders who was taking his time to do his job. He was flirting with every coworker taking his time instead in giving away the orders. There were a lot of parents waiting for their orders while he was just smiling and talking to the others employees. Now I know I should just order online next time.

  Over priced and the clothes don't last long. By winter break my kids needs replacements. The flannel prints look linty and worn out by then. The ties for the boys are incredibly cheap. If I had a choice, I'd go elsewhere and spend that money on bulk. The School forces us to get these.

  Haven't shopped here in years, but my previous experience on Long Island - dealing with crowds, and long wait, caused me to try a different store and arrive early. At the Glendale store, I arrived when the store opened, and the store was empty, and there were at least 10 sales people ready to serve. I knew exactly what I wanted (ties and a blazer), and I had my son try on several sizes before making my purchase. Staff was polite, attentive and very helpful. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Items are expensive, but they are of very good quality.
