  I score them low. Because of ferry st location no parking hi risk of getting a parking because of long wait time.

  When not in peak uniform season (November-June) great experience. During peak uniform season (August- Mid-October) ok shopping experience. The only con would be there is not a parking lot. Street parking is very limited. Staten Island has a spacious parking lot but it also tends to be packed to the gills. Just my sincere take.

  I am a little upset, why do you have so many young ladies working here with no customer service skills? I enter the store with my family, no one greets you. I get online and a young lady yells to my mother, "GO STAND OVER THERE!" I looked and told her I was in line already... then another young lady who is working the "start here" line walks away without saying anything... I stood there for 15 minutes, no one said anything. I asked for help and a young lady from behind the cash register helps me. Unfortunately our Newark schools like supporting your company, which doesn't give the parents any other option. So please give us good customer service. Thank you in advance!
