::The BEST pilates studio in milwaukee. I’ve been going to this pilates studio for about 5 months and I’ve seen results not just in my abdomen, but in the strength of my back. (Which i needed the most!) By getting a month package and using it either all or most of the days, you see results you need. By eating the right way and following the moves and rythm that is given at flying squirrel, you will be amazed at the results. I’ve tried multiple studios around the area and have found that this one is the BEST. The instructors are amazing and will help with any weakness you have. :)

::Like many others, my first pilates session was with Jamie at this studio. She makes it super comfortable and the other clients don't make you feel like an outsider at all. It's a great workout and over the last few months I have seen great results. The great thing is there is something for everyone. Whether it is your first session or you're a pro;the staff will help you get the most of the session. I highly recommend trying this studio.

::My favorite thing about Flying Squirrel is Jamie. She's super motivating and funny. There isn't an overwhelming sense of competition with other clients. Jamie knows what she's talking about and makes it clear to her clients about what we're working on. Be warned, you will be sore the next day! :)
