  I was very impressed by the instructors at Flying Colors Aerial Yoga. I don't do much yoga, so I was a little nervous, but they made me extremely comfortable and taught me moves that helped me relax. There were many more experienced people in the class, and the instructors modified their teaching to meet each participant's individual needs. Great class for all experience levels!

  I so enjoyed taking my first aerial yoga class with Andrea. She leads the class with a lot of skill but also adapts her instruction to the needs of the student. We had fun, were challenged, and also enjoyed some wonderful relaxation in the hammocks at the end. I thoroughly enjoyed aerial yoga and look forward to more classes in the future!

  This class is so much fun!!! I would highly recommend this class to everyone, as the poses are very accessible to beginners. Andrea gives great instruction, and keeps us safe while we fly. I've even brought my 12 yr old daughter with me, and she loved it as much as I did.

  Lots of fun! Beginners need to be prepared to build to this advanced workout. Instructors are super helpful and make every effort to keep you comfortable.
