    I wish I had positive reviews for them. I usually don't review brands or companies but I feel the need to review this particular company. Their cleaning service isn't different or exceptional. They do their job. However, an additional service they offer is LOOSING your clothes. If you hate something from your wardrobe, please, handover that clothing to them and it'll vanish. I have been a loyal customer and I (we) don't deserve such kind of treatment. They're constantly late, they never stick to the time slots. And I get it, this is New York city, there's traffic everywhere. I will let that go but one thing I can't stand is lack of efficiency. There have been multiple occasions where they lost my clothing and they don't take any responsibility what so ever. 2 weeks ago they picked up 2 bags of laundry. I set delivery for Monday but they emailed saying that the clothes are not clean yet. Knowing their track record I emailed them to check that they have both the bags. They assured me that they have both my bags. I hear nothing from them and I wanted to try to see if I can schedule delivery. I was able to despite no notification. I only received 1 bag and was told that the second bag was not cleaned. I opened a ticket and it's still not resolved. At the beginning they said that my clothes are still at the facility just not cleaned. After calling and chasing them repeatedly, they told me that they lost my bag. My super expensive clothes are missing and they are not taking up any responsibility. They have standard message that they apologize for losing my clothes and in some cases they don't even refund. PLEASE STAY THE HELL AWAY from them. Like other customers mentioned, run far away from this company. They are the worst.

    On the recommendation of my roommates who have used FlyCleaners regularly without any problems, I decided to use the $10 introductory discount. Big mistake. The delivery man who came to pick up my clothes (total value around $300) was friendly, but my app never updated to say the clothes had been collected, and simply went back to "pickup scheduled". This was on a Saturday evening, and the app had originally said my laundry would be ready by Sunday afternoon. With still no change by Sunday morning, I emailed customer service who told me that the name tag must have been "accidentally removed" from my bag. Given that I never had any initial confirmation, it's likely this name tag was actually never put on in the first place. I had to give a description of all the items in my bag, and was told that recovering lost items could take up to two weeks. Judging by the rest of the reviews, it seems that threatening legal action is the only way to get things resolved. When I next spoke to customer service on Tuesday I told them that I'd be contacting my lawyers and taking them to a small claims court if this wasn't fixed ASAP. Miraculously, just a few hours later I was sent photos taken by another FlyCleaners customer who'd been delivered my clothes by mistake. Their offer of compensation was to cancel the charges for this order and give me $20 credit. $20 credit is useless to me, since I'm not going to risk losing my clothes again. I should have read the reviews. Steer clear. Many laundromats do their own pickup and delivery services, and they're cheaper than $1.50/pound anyway.

    This is definitely a case of people only writing when things go horribly wrong. The drivers were so nice and arrived both times within my designated window. Things were clean, fresh, and nicely folded and nothing was missing. I would recommend in a pinch, but I would not recommend sending delicates or valuables (I also chose not to) as a general rule. I would never expect anyone to care for those things the way I would.

    They don’t even deserve a star. SHOULDVE LOOKED UP this before getting service done. Can’t believe my first experience was losing my favorite outfit. Since all the comments had the same issue I honestly doubt their staff or whoever is taking them away. Poorest company and service you could ever experience with. Cried an hour for losing my outfit, it’s not even about the price. Customers should never have to worry about losing their precious clothing no matter how cheap or expensive they are. Disgusted by the service wouldn’t even want Reimbursement!!! Can’t believe they changed CEOs I’ve never seen places like this. RUN PLEASE and I hope they go out of business

    Lost my clothes the day before I have to leave early for an important work trip. Completely screwed me over, and won't even guarantee that they'll find them or even refund me. I was a loyal customer for a long time but obviously now I'll never use them again. Very disappointing, but judging by these other reviews I'm not the only one they've screwed over.
