  Fluff Bake Bar is what bakeries must be like in Heaven! The regular offerings are inventive, delicious and like nothing else you will find around. Highlights are the Unicorn cookie, couch potato and any of the cakes. Now, if you really want to experience Fluff the Saturday Bake Sales are not to be missed. The menu changes weekly and I recommend getting there early as she will sell out quickly of the popular items. On a recent trip we tasted the Mardi Gras menu items and everything was out of this world. We went back for seconds on just about everything! By 10:30 she was out of the crawfish hand pies and I think we might have been responsible as we ordered five. The space is small but it is great to bring kids as they love the open kitchen concept and seeing all the action. If you have never tried Fluff you are missing out!

  Great sweets plus savory pop-ups. One of few dessert shops that's open late, great for stopping by after dinner or a show.

  I’m giving this place 2 stars because of their staff, lady that served me was unapproachable and seemed like she didn’t want to b there, what a turn off. I got their oatmeal n chocolate chip cookie and it was not as soft as it should be and it tasted okay but nothing special. I also tried their carrot cake and it was really pretty but didn’t taste all that, it did have a crunch to it that was unique but that’s about it.

  A favorite part of my travels is to find the best in local food. I was blown away by the pasties from Fluff! The smore bar was so yummy! Very friendly staff, cute &.clean bakery.

  Fun shop, great crowd, and personal service. One-of-a-kind pastries (The Couch Potato Cookie) and amped up flavor in old favorites. My favorite was the lemon pound cake with enhanced clean lemon taste. The cinnamon buns are terrific and will bring me back for more #WakeyBakey on Saturdays.
