  We got a dozen cupcakes (all different) and all of them were amazing. I have never had a softer, more flavorful cupcake with more amazing icing. We absolutely loved them and cannot wait to be able to go back someday. Awesome trip to Dallas and an amazing Mother’s Day weekend.

  I thought these cupcakes were just okay. I like mine a bit on the sweeter side & these didn't meet my expectations. All the cupcakes I saw looked delicious & were all $4 each. I got the German chocolate and the half & half. As mentioned above the frosting wasn't as sweet as I wanted & the cake portion was a bit dry. If you like cupcakes that aren't super sweet than this place might be for you, otherwise I can't recommend. On a positive note the staff was quite nice & willing to make recommendations.

  Nice store front. Not busy on a Sunday. $4 a cupcake , not bad for decent size cupcake. 14 different flavors available at my visit. Lemon was tasty. Beverages available for purchase. Better than Sprinkles but not as good as the Cupcakery, in my opinion. The server was very friendly.

  Excellent cupcakes! Not too sweet or too rich and they have lots of flavor so they're very easy to enjoy! I personally don't care for cupcakes with tons of frosting and these have just the right amount! If you're in the area, I definitely recommend stopping by for a sweet treat!

  Keep in mind my rating is not based on the cupcakes. My rating is solely based on my experience. I quickly ate my dinner at Chop House Burgers just so I could get to Fluellen's to get a cupcake. I'd been trying to get there before they closed since I got to Dallas Sunday night. I walked the block between the two places and got there at 8:48. The open sign was on but the doors were locked. There were two workers there who saw me at the door but they told me they were closed even though I pointed out that it wasn't 9:00. Needless to say I was disappointed and angry. There was a couple who went up to the door right after I did who were also turned away. I'm not sure how much business they lose by closing early but that's a terrible business practice.
