  I asked for a particular type of flower and the rep. Of the shop handed the phone over to the next person due to she didn't have time to deal with my silly request. it's a shame because I send ppl to this flower shop all the time....I'd rather deal with another florists then to do business here.

  I paid for beautiful flowers for my aunt's Birthday and they gave to her a different flower arrangement... the UGLIEST FLOWER arrangement !!!!!! Horrible colors combination, a bunch of Gerberas ...it looks like a funeral flowers!!!. They change your flowers without notification and use the cheaper combination of flowers!! AND THEN when your aunt send you the photo and you see that thing...you call and they talk to you saying that they had to change the flowers but......GOD!!! If you are going to do that stupidity then call the client before changing the flowers and GOD!!! change the flowers for the prettiest flowers on your store!!!!! AND THEN the person tell you that those are the season colors....I DON'T CARE ,I PAID SOMETHING PINK, YELLOW ETC. YOU CAN'T CHOOSE MY FLOWERS , I AM THE ONE WHO IS BUYING AND THE ONE WHO DECIDE WHAT FLOWERS TO BUY OF YOUR CATALOG OR WEBSITE!!! NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!!
