  I received a “floral birthday cake” from Flowers Etc. the assembly of the cake was deliciously rich with color and textures. The florist who put it together made my birthday very special. I highly recommend this florist shop, you won’t be disappointed👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

  I ordered from an online third party (who I have used with great results before) and Flowers Etc. was the local company who picked up the order. It was supposed to be delivered on a Monday. On Monday I received a call that they couldn’t find the house, it’s a newer development so that is understandable. Directions were given and they said they couldn’t deliver until the next day. On Tuesday I received no notice or delivery. The company I ordered from reached out for an update but did not receive one. Wednesday night I still had no call or delivery! At this point, two days past delivery day, I requested a refund. I will now go through a local company to make sure this shop doesn’t pick up the order again. I was very frustrated with this experience.

  CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! The lady at the front desk that answers the phone is such a sweet heart and genuinely cares about every customer. If i could put more stars i would.
