  Just want to say WOW. I ordered flowers for a dear friend and when they arrived they were not exactly what I had ordered but were beautiful. I called the store and they were very kind and sent another beautiful arrangement. That is what I call great customer service. When you order flowers over the phone from 300 miles away you take a chance, but not with this florist, they went above and beyond to deliver beautiful flowers. I will call the next time I send flowers for my friend. Bruce
