  Four star rating?? How?? Horrible. Went yesterday, found an arrangement that I liked, told them I wanted one like this but no purple flowers in it. Told them I would pick it up the next day. Paid 75.00. Went in today and they gave me the display arrangement and had just yanked out the purple flowers leaving big empty bald spots. I pointed them out and how unhappy I was and she took it to the back and they threw another Lily in it and sent it back out. Still with a huge bald spot in the back. I took it cause I didn't know how much luck I would have getting something else and they were for my son's valentine and he was lily specific. I gave two stars cause after I rearranged it and pulled off the falling rose buds it was passable. But it looks like a 40 - 50 dollar arrangement. Can not believe I let them get me for $75.00. They will never get another dollar from me.

  I just wanted a dozen blue roses delivered to my mom's door step on mother's day. Blue is her favorite color. What flower express did? Delivered a dozen daisies instead. So what do i get out of it? No call to apologize, not even a refund for the more expensive flowers I paid for. You guys just ruined the surprise
