  I love this place! I’m a beginner and I’ve gone here once a week whenever I’m in the area. Great workout, great instructors, and fantastic music! Also, they provide a student discount, which is a huge help. We’ve tried other studios, but none of them compare to this one. They are very friendly to beginners and help you with the more challenging poses.

  Wow! Jason's teaching and skill set is beyond what my wellness center team has ever expected. He is masterful at his art and has such a love for your yoga and everyone in his space. If you're a beginner or advanced Jason and his team at flow yoga will be able to support you in connecting with your inner self. Highly recommend!

  Ben Wisch is an incredible instructor mixing spiritualism with a vigorous workout. He also recorded a great CD of his mystical keyboard playing which he features in his classes and which is a great stress reducer.

  The best of the best ! Incredible teachers capable of inspiring without ever intimidating have helped me unlock and enjoy so many benefits from my practice at a pace, intensity, and level that works for me. The people and the studios are warm (or hot if thats' how you like it), inviting and comfortable for practitioners of every ability. Treat yourself to the great experience Flow delivers .   Flow Yoga is a warm and welcoming space! The studio is beautiful, with dark wood floors, soothing colors, and a stunning handpainted tree on the ceiling. The teachers are wonderful and highly experienced; all levels of students are welcome in most of the classes...as Jason, the head instructor, says "any class can be for anyone; where you take the pose is up to you, your breath, and your alignment." There is something in the schedule for every practitioner; all different levels of intensity, heat, music, lighting. The passion that the owners and the instructors have for yoga, and specifically for Flow Yoga, is contagious. I love this place!!
