  GREAT PLACE!! EVERYONE is so friendly and made me feel right at home real quick!!! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for awesome workout and positive upbeat atmosphere!!!

  I absolutely love going to Flow Fitness!! You will experience a friendly staff, getting your dance on, workout on and you burn a lot of calories while having a good time.

  The atmosphere is so positive. Elka has an abundance energy that you can't help but to get motivated. I look forward to seeing everyone every time I go. I can't wait for the next session. You are literally just dancing but at the same time your body is doing so much more.

  I love it, just wish the Monday class with Elka was a couple more days during the week. Other than that, the people are amazing & so nice.
