  Quick and efficient. Clean bathrooms that you need to ask the code for. Didn't try the baked goods this time but we did have the coffee. We both weren't that impressed. Tasted watered down to us. But I have been told I make rocket fuel.*shrugs* We will try again.

  Update 5/16/2018: I did not see the response from the owner until today, and have to update my review as the operations have substantially improved at this location. I honestly have no complaints now, I'm very impressed with the response and actions, thanks! ------------- Great breakfast egg sandwich but their operations are a giant mess. Lots of clueless customers waiting all over the point of sales area, no clear process for picking up a pre-paid order, and numerous order mix-ups remind me to allot more time and patience than I would otherwise for what should be a quick in-and-out.

  Great place for breakfast, brunch or dinner! Sandwiches are delicious, coffee is good and they have a big variety of delicious pastries! Staff are very friendly as well :) Tend to be crowded most of the time so don't expect to find seating all the time. Not expensive.

  Love flour, and this location is as great as any of the others. Only downside is that there’s almost always a wait, but well, it’s flour so what can you expect! (Too popular)

  Pros & cons. Life affirming pastries. Amazing, flavorful, and fresh salads and sandwiches. The most god-awful coffee on Mass Ave. I've seen multiple people buy coffee at Darwins and then walk it over to Flour to drink with their dessert.
