  I have been using Floors Direct for about 10 year at a couple of properties. He has yet to disappoint me. Justin, the owner, will personally sell you what you need, without all the BS you will get from a commissioned salesperson. I have bought carpet and linoleum. He even installed some sound proofing under-lament for me. Basically, from my years of home ownership, when you find a company that you trust, loyalty goes a long way.

  Needed some flooring for our basement and decided to go to Floors Direct since they have been there forever on Sunrise Highway. Justin (the owner) and his crew were such a pleasure to work with! Very punctual and upfront about options and costs, and they stayed true to their word! The job came out beautiful and was no hassle from beginning to end. So happy that I went to a family owned business versus big box like Home Depot where I wouldn't have gotten any of that personalized customer service. Will definitely recommend this place to all of my friends! Thank you Floors Direct!!

  I HIGHLY recommend Floors Direct. Justin is a pleasure to do business with and his installers are simply the best!!! They have installed one wooden floor and two tile floors in my house. Their tile work is top notch and their craftsmanship is unsurpassed. When I do future renovations in my house using Floors Direct again is a no brainer!! Recommend, recommend, recommend

  Floors Direct was wonderful. I have dealt with several carpet stores however, was never so satisfied. Justin worked with me on pricing and quality and was very professional and courteous. His time frame was accurate, from the day of ordering to the day he said it would be delivered. The installer Miguel was the Best. Never had a more efficient and courteous installer. Did a wonderful job and would not use anyone else but them in the future.

  This is the only company I will use to purchase and install carpet in my house. Time after time, they have done an excellent job. Their staff is courteous, clean, and personable. Their pricing is also super competitive. Justin and his team have always taken care to make sure we are properly treated and happy with the final result. I recommend them to anyone looking for a quality carpet or floor installation/product.
