  We've been living in our home for four years now, and our house came fully carpeted. We are a family of four, including are two, very creative, yet clumsy girls. As you can imagine, along with the usual wear and tear, they managed to stain every room in the house. In desperate search for a tile company that would provide good service, without charging an arm and a leg, we felt extremely happy to have found Flooring America. The company is located in the same building as City Lights Design, off of Cotton St. EXT. 20 at I-10, which made it an easy commute to go view the merchandise that they had available. All their products were beyond beautiful, I thought I was going to have a difficult time deciding what tile to choose. Luckily for us, Jimmy and Michelle, the owners, were extremely helpful in providing guidance in choosing the perfect tile for our home. The quality in the tile was beyond our expectations. Installation was also a breeze, Jimmy's crew was prompt, courteous, and extremely professional. Jimmy set up the installation appointment for us, making sure the time and day was perfect for us. Also he, along with the installation crew, where always readily available when we had any questions. All in all, I truly recommend Flooring America, we are more than pleased with the turn out of our new floor. The process was simple and time efficient. We couldn't have asked for better service.

  We purchased a new house several months ago and needed to get new flooring on a bathroom. The owners of Flooring America, Jimmy and Michelle Shaheen, were courteous, professional and offered many insights into design, style, color and overall impression. At the signing of our deal, he laid out all things that we are to expect during installation and patiently answered all of our questions. At the day of installation, his crew arrived promptly at the time expected and scheduled. They were also courteous and and professional and handled themselves well. Jimmy kept himself available to answer any questions and was efficient to address issues as they came up. At the end of the installation, the crew gave me the chance to do an inspection of their work and asked me if it was all done to expectation, which I really appreciated having that moment despite the bathroom looking pristine. The crew was clean, efficient and worked hard to do a great job. It was an impressive experience and I honestly cannot imagine going anywhere else for my flooring needs.   I highly recommend Flooring American. Jimmy Shaheen, owner, is very responsive to his customers answering the phone each time I called. He prepared a large selection of wood flooring that would be a match for my existing wood. Jimmy is professional, helpful, and does everything that he can for complete customer satisfaction. The installers were expert in laying the floor. They are polite and respect the owner's property through their cleanliness. The process was fully explained, the installation was seamless, and completed within timelines. I will recommend Jimmy and Flooring America to family and friends.
