::Update.... Below was a problem I had. Turns out if you have volume, you need to use the pro desk. Dallas and his team are great at what they do. They work with you vs. The average cashier... I came tonight, Friday night to place a 10,000 order. I worked we with an associate for an hour entering everything in.... I've bought it all before. .... I'm a builder... all cards have daily limits....which 10,000 is way over... I wrote a business check... jumped through hoops... denied... they don't want my business. Builders surplus went through the same check approval process for alm li st 9,000.. they accepted it. I felt like I wasted what little free time I had. I thought I was being a good customer ordering tonight and picking up monday... 12 plus pallets... .... I get it.. fraud is a big oroblem... I am a regular customer here.. . they wouldn't even hold it.... maybe I need to rethink and go elsewhere for my 2p hone development.

::I love the prices and products they have but I was picking up some tile and they said it was better to pick it and come around and get from loading dock. I probably waiting 30 minutes both times waiting for them to open gate. I could have loaded everything in the store myself and got out of there in half the time. Just get the stuff yourself. It will save you time.

::Love this store! Unbelievable selection of quality flooring. We just completed a major tile project for our master bed and bath floors and shower and found everything we needed. Great service, too! Cashier that helped with my return (extra tile from the project) offered me her water after I trucked a half ton of tile in....can't wait for our next project!

::Went here and was surprised and how much they had and how nice the products were. Some things I saw at home depot I saw them here for a fraction of the cost. For anything tile I'd come here. The staff was friendly and helped me with what I needed.
