  They have a good selection of tiles but service is terrible. They messed up our whole order and put it under somebody else name, when we decided to cancel the order they weren't able to answer the phone. You can call them all day on 10 different departments and no one is answering you have to go there in person. Honestly I don't recommend. If you want better service and even better selection just go to The Tile shop in Rochelle and they will help you with anything and you will get much better service.

  The store is amazing, specially a young girl named Dally. She helped me pick out the nicest tiles for my house, and informed what was the best fit for my house. She was very knowledgable and helpful. She even helped me to my car. This is a great store, I will recommend her help to anybody.

  Rashaad was very helpful and answered all the questions that I needed help answering. he was very knowledgeable in knowing how many boxes I needed to start my project as well as very patient.

  ***This review is solely on the checkout process. *** Came in to return some floor samples today on 3/22/2018, there was a line and only one register open. Christian was the person on register. There were three customers in front of me. One customer walks in and is able to make his return right away. The associate’s name is Monica, she saw the line, but felt as though pushing back carts was more important than helping customers check out. A customer comes up to her, and she goes to help him without previously asking to help the people on the line. I asked her are there two separate lines, one for return and one for checkout. Monica replied with “ah, yea. I don’t know” Floor & Decor management kindly advise Monica to help the people waiting on line and who are next in line instead of any random person coming up, who was not in line. Please advise her of the proper customer service protocol. Thank you.

  Purchasing a fixer upper and needing to replace everything has not been the easiest thing, but Floor and Decor has made it easier. I’ve been on this store at least 4 times in one week and always greeted with a smile. Tonia took her time and adjusted a few of my purchases with ease and a smile. I’m sure I’ll be in there at least a dozen more times this year, but I just had to write my review from the parking lot just to express my gratitude!
