  It was a pleasure doing business with Mr Flynt. He was on time, kept me informed and explained things in a way i could unerstand without using a lot of jargon.

  There technician of one is a joke and makes up things as he goes and they are over priced for products they sell will not use them again or will not recommend them to anybody

  I have used them for years. My dad had used them for years. Anytime I go in Jill is very helpful and able to get the right parts the first time. If you need parts for your home appliances and A/c, I recommend them. And for those that say they are rude, you might have had an attitude when going in to store, I have never had that problem.

  This will be the LAST time I have to deal with JILL and Flint Service's. Her customer service or LACK there of is unacceptable. She is EXTREMLY hateful, rude and her smart alec mouth is uncalled for. Its ok for her to be ugly to you, but as soon as you start giving it back - she doesn't want to hear it. Im done giving my business to the ungrateful. This is now the first time I have an issue with her, but I promise - it will be the LAST!!!! ** I only give it a star, because I had to in order to publish.

  Third time using these "professionals" however this will be the LAST! The lady whom answers the phone is hateful, and seems to "hate" the world! I guess the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE is not her strong point! This will make the 3rd time in which the "professionals" were late to my home, thus causing to miss more work. TRUST ME FOLKS....STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!
