  I had driven by this place for literally years before I took the plunge. Ron, the owner, is an incredible trainer and the place is spotless (which is important for me in a gym setting). Totally worth the money - I've been there for about 8 months and have been able to totally transform the way I look and feel. 🏋🏼‍♀️ Highly recommend checking them out!

  My husband and I have been working with a trainer at this Flex gym for just over a year now. Twice a week. It's been GREAT! We are in our 60s and our trainer Scott has been just perfect for what we want. The space is excellent and clean and the equipment is varied. Scott keeps us going for a full hour. Our goals are to get stronger and work on balance. I wanted especially to work on my arms and upper body so I could put my suitcase in the overhead bin of an airplane all by myself. I can do it! It's great to see us both increasing our reps as well as the amount of weight we can work with. Scott's also been great at backing off when I've had a little joint soreness. He's always looking for new ways to help us get better with what we have.

  I've been slightly overweight my whole life. I've tried every diet there is, I've joined gym after gym, I've tried different workout programs, nothing seem to work for me. I drive by this gym on my way to work almost everyday. I was hesitant to call because I didn't want to fail again. But, I had a trip to Hawaii that I really wanted to look good for. I wanted to wear a bikini in Maui and feel confident. I made the call, had the consultation, started working out with my trainer, I lost 35 lbs in just a few months! I love my arms now, my stomach is flat and I can actually see a few abs for the first time in my life. I love this place, give them a call, you won't be sorry.
