  I just stopped at this place after searching most of terminal 4 for coffee at 6am. When I ordered a drink, they wanted an extra $1 for SKIM milk, which is considered standard milk at every other coffee place in America. When I asked to change it to regular whole milk they gave me an attitude...lovely. The coffee itself is mediocre at best. Avoid it!

  At JFK store I tried to use my own cup and the server said it had to be served in one of their cups, which is not recyclable and will end up in a landfill. Catch up with the times! Either use recyclable cups or let people ring their own!! I will not buy anything from this company again until they change their policy.

  Overpriced. Couldn’t even make a Cafe Latte. Burned milk and didn’t offer refund. Returned drink. Offered to put some ice in it. Seriously? All for 6$. Avoid!!!

  Awful experience. Terrible taste. Unfriendly staff, zero service, going to PEET'S COFFEE around the corner!!!
