  Beautiful church, always loved passing it as a little girl holding on tight to my Mom's hand. I am more than happy to see such loving clergy and members are keeping it busy and so full of love. I miss Brooklyn and love it dearly. But I love my little country town in the middle of North Carolina. Blessings to all! DEAREST LORD, PLEASE BLESS US ALL& KEEP US SAFE.   adriaen hegeman and his friend jan strijcker were instrumental in building the first church on long island, the dutch reform church at midwout in 1654. i think the flatbush reformed church is where this church was built.
