  I signed up on a website to get an estimate on moving costs. I suddenly got inundated with phone calls from different companies. Four calls within ten minutes. By the time this office called, I just couldn't keep talking. I had to get back to work. I told the man to please take me off his calling list, not because I would never reach out to him again, but if I decided I needed them I would've rather speak to them at a time that was convenient to me. The man was astonishingly nasty. He started scolding me about how they pay money to post on this website and I should've known better than to trust what I put on the Internet (which, if it was such a disreputable site, isn't this company in question for being featured on it?) I tried explaining myself but I couldn't get a word from his yelling, so I hung up. I then realized that maybe he thought I was just blowing him off, so I called again. I tried explaining that I might have called him back at a later time, I just didn't want to be subject to his calls when I had to get back to work. He started cutting me off. I couldn't get a word in. Eventually, exacerbated, I just yelled back and hung up. I have worked in customer service for many years, and if I was EVER as nasty as this man was, even in a circumstance where a customer was far more deserving, I would've been instantly fired. Even if I would've never called back, if someone tells you to please take them off your list, you say "Okay, thank you. Have a nice day." That's it. You don't berate the person on the other end.

  The way their drivers drive I would not trust them hauling any of my personal stuff

  Nidal is the owner and he also goes by "Danny" as a manager and he didn't honor the quote emailed to us by his nice employee, Vanessa. We don't have time for these games while trying to move. Flat Fee Moving wasted a lot of our time and I was very disappointed by this company. We asked to speak to the owner, but they said he wasn't in so the manager, "Danny" would speak with us and he was extremely rude to me! I do not recommend them and needless to say, we hired another moving company.

  The day I planned and scheduled the move for, day before that date it was some heavy storm and let me say this, they still showed up in the morning almost as planned and did my move safe and clean. The way they moved the stuff, packing and unpacking wow is the word; commendable work... I recommend these guys for their service and commitment... Thanks again guys!!

  We used them again and as always a pleasure to deal with. thank you Flat Fee Moving We received many quotes and many different pricing options. once we contacted Flat Fee Moving all our questions were answered and we received a very competitive price with no surprises. We mentioned every item we needed to move including a few that we had in a warehouse a few miles away. Flat Fee Moving crew was our eyes and made sure all the items in the list were picked up, they crew member also informed us that some pieces in the warehouse were damage and took pictures for us. Flat Fee Moving really went the extra step for us. I highly recommend this moving company
