  No wonder why this place didn't have a name on the flyers. This place are thieves they would not refund my money back. They keep putting me on hold and hanging up on me since I was complaining about my food taking for over to arrived. I complained to the Trump Hotel front desk about this place and how they got pass the security and slides the flyers under the door. The manager apologies for them and have me $50 hotel credit to order food from there kitchen. This place needs to learn customer service skills from the Trump Hotel guests services. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE THIEVES AND RUDE...

  The lady said her name was Liz, but not only was she rude, she hung up on us. She said she doesn't care what the Groupon says, that her manager Joseph makes the rules. They won't allow any pizza pick-up without my entire family there. I asked why that wasn't on the Groupon, and she stated it wasn't her problem. She told me to get a refund, and that she was too busy to be dealing with my problems. I have worked in customer service for 19 years. This is the absolute worst I have ever encountered. I tried to speak with a manager, but she said no! I really can't wrap my head around how a place like this could stay open. She literally said, verbatim, that my first problem was that I wanted to use a Groupon in the first place

  Waited 3 hours for a mediocre pizza. Worst service I have ever received. Would give a zero star rating if I could.

  Convenient for after-hours delivery. Average prices for the area. Took about 45 minutes to get to my hotel. Food was average. They forgot my salad.

  Good pizza, took forever to get here. Took over an hour and a half. Delivery guy was very nice. I love the Pizza sauce.
