  Absolutely AMAZING! Been searching for a while for an Authentic caribbean food restaurant and I found it! The staff was very sweet and the food, Oh My Gosh! I can't say enough, this is most certainly worth the trip! I live in Lynn and am definitely going to be back here!

  Very good and spicy food i would suggest getting their jamaican meat patties.

  Great food. Very tasty. would like to see gloves warned At all times preparing food. Also Cashier double checks orders/food while handling money again no gloves! Please wear gloves, no-one wants your germs. Greet your customers a bit more politely. Smile once in awhile !

  First time trying the food at Flames with the family. Great food, staff and atmosphere! I highly recommend it.

  Food is inconsistent. But worth the gamble. Employees attitudes are also inconsistent. They have been rude more times than nice. I am West Indian as well... being West Indian doesn't = being rude. Not a lot of West Indian restaurants in the area so you have to bear it. The make sweet plantain when they feel like it. Sigh... you get the point.
