::Very disappointing. Our food was cold. The meal was less than mediocre. If it weren't for the nice gentleman busing tables I doubt we would have received a refill of coffee (EVER). This same nice man also went and checked on our order and helped our almost non-existent server bring it to our table. I had to go find her to get our check. Needless to say we left her the minimum tip and slipped our "real" server a $20!! If Flames had been busy I would have understood... but this was NOT the case. We will not eat at Flames again!! Don't waste your time or your money. Original Joe's, Il Fornaio, Farmers Union... all much better places to eat and good service.

::Service was okay but the food at dinner time wasn't very good. Also, the kids from the banquet room kept running around the dining area. It was not an enjoyable experience.

::2nd time I have been here and yet another disappointment. Was seated right away since it wasn't busy, but took at least 15 min to get my drink order. Also took forever to order food, but the food did come out right away. The food had no flavor and the vegetables tasted sour. The only thing I liked was the flame chata, it was really good. Girl bathrooms were disgusting. Paper all over the floor and it looked like the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. Instead the staff was talking to each other by the entrance and me speaking Spanish I knew it wasn't job related.

::Breakfast menu is good. Their pancakes are soft, fluffy and delicious. Lunch menu is standard. Nothing exceptional. It's hit and miss sometimes. The last time I ordered a burger it was dry, flavorless and crumbly. I would stay away from their lunch specials. The one, and last time, I ordered from that particular menu I got a very fishy salmon buger and spolied coleslaw. Service can be hit and miss unless you are lucky enough to get Angela as your server. She is very friendly and attentive. Sometimes they take way too long to take your order. There is one particular server there who is just horrible. I dread having to be seated in her area. I don't know her name but you will know who she is if have the misfortune of getting her. She is rude and seems angry and flustered all the time.

::I've had mixed service and inconsistent food here. I had a negative experience and stopped coming for a couple of years Eve en though I work nearby. Thought I'd to it again and had a great salad. Usually get the Walnut Blue Cheese Chicken salad and it was better than ever this time.
