  I have come here since 2007 but recently the new staff are rude and unsympathetic to customer issues. On Sunday, May 20th at approximately 6:45pm, i visited the laundromat, and after inserting $2.00 in coins into a $2.00 machine the machine did not start. I re-inserted $2.00 in coins in the presence of a roughly 20 year old worker and it worked. She then refused to reimburse me for the initial $2.00 because in her words, the fact that it started meant that there was no issue to begin with. In other words, I was lying to her. Yeah, sure!!! For a measly $2.00. I told her that I expect my money back and she and her co-worker gave me the silent treatment.

  been going to this laundromat for years, nice and spacious, there's plenty of washers and dryers. At times it packed and other days it will be empty, or moderate. Plus it's 24 hrs.

  I went at the right time, it was clean & quiet. Then some guy came in with a screaming child he couldn't control. So he made it worse by screaming with her. I put my headphones in in my ears, finished my laundry, and left.

  My blankets were burned out and the guy just kept saying the machines were good. He did not even say I'm sorry for your blankets or anything like that. That would be enough for me, but not. This guy just kept asking me how many quarters did we put in the machine. Don't come to do your laundry here. The machines and the whole place are all dirty and they customer service is the worse. I don't even know why they have this guy "working" here. First time in this place and last.
