  After getting out of the V.A. hospital the day before, I found myself unable to keep fixing my vehicles this year due to injuries sustained in war. I was referred to Five Star Ford for assistance on a reliable, certified vehicle. Within 3 hours , they found this Disabled Veteran a vehicle that was not only reliable but great on price. Joe Farrantelli was our salesman and he went above and beyond to assure me the best deal. I thank him and everyone at Five Star Ford for their dedication to achieving great customer service.

  Great place to buy a vehicle. I originally went to the dealership to buy a 2016 F-150 but my mind was changed into buying a brand new 2018 F-150. We picked out a truck and I was approved while laying on my couch at home. I went to the dealership and with no hassle, I was able to get in my new truck and drive home within no time. The whole process was quick and easy. The Internet Sales Dealer (Carlton Abrams) was very understanding about my schedule and did everything he could to get me in and out as quickly as possible. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle and answered any question I had through email or text. The loan process and document signing went quick and well. I would highly recommend buying your new ford from Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills, TX.

  My husband and I just bought a new Escape from here. The whole experience was excellent. Daniel Trauth was our salesman. He was very helpful, honest, and not your typical pushy salesman. He worked hard to get us the best deal possible. We will be needing another vehicle here soon and we will definitely be coming back.

  We drove over 2 hours to shop at this dealership! We had a positive experience several years ago buying a car and wanted to buy from them again. Rick Dike was our salesman and Bubba Smith was the finance guru!!! They were both amazing and so helpful. Rick had cars ready for our daughter to look at and was able to find her the perfect car!! Thank you Five Star Ford for amazing customer service and going above and beyond to find our daughter a car. We will be purchasing from you again in the future!!

  Five Star Ford is worth the extra drive! I took my car to a Ford dealership closer to my house only to get the worse service ever.... I brought my car to Five Star Ford and got Five Star Treatment! All of the staff members were willing to help, positive attitudes, and the office space was very organized and clean. We were helped by Caleb. He was so helpful, polite, and went the extra mile to make sure the experience was top notch! My vehicle was repaired in no longer than one week, super speedy considering how busy they are! I will be returning will all of my Ford needs! Thanks Five Star!
