  That burger is waaaaay too expensive... bacon and cheese, bbq and hot sauce, lettuce and tomatoes with jalapenos, small fires $14... $14!!!!!!!! People!! Never again will never recommend this to anyone. Notr for $14... Crazy

  This was by far the most horrible place I've ever been too. While walking to the bathroom The GENERAL manager kingdu was being extremely disrespectful to an employee. I spoke to her and ask her what happened because she looked extremely down . She explained to me it was her first day and the manager did not know who she was not only that he did not approach her appropriatly. I find it very odd how she explained to me that manager doesn't want females to work there at night and alot of employees are quitting. I wonder why.? Why would the manager say he doesn't want females to work there at night with him . Is he doing things to females he shouldn't ? As well I over heard him bragging to the employee on his Superior performance is better than the entire five guys franchise in America. Employees there must be treated with no respect. Not only that the service is horrible. Shake shake is a better restaurant for burger lovers and customer service is on point..Five guys is definitely the bootleg version of any burger restaurant. There isn't many options to choose from as well. Sadly I seen a mice inside the peanut box . Guess why we get FREE UNLIMITED PEANUTS. Very disgusting. I hope my experience will be recognized to many. Becareful where you eat . Good Service means good food. You will not find there at Five Guys. It's only take 20,000 to open this franchise it's not that great of a reputable company.

  Staff is very friendly. The night shift manager super cute and always smiling and the staff moves quick. Nwverbhad a problem, but the company needs to replace the milkahake machine ASAP

  The food is good when ever they get your order right, the store is always a mess the floor filled with peanut trash. The bathrooms are never clean, got my order wrong when I got home I called the store and ask for a manager because this is not the first time. They had me on hold for 30 minutes while I can hear everything going on in the store because the phone was not on you or hold they just put it down. The manager was a little smart @$$ Kim what ever his name is, main reason why I'm doing this review never going back would not recommend there are better placed to get a burgers trust me. Very unprofessional from investors down to the janitor's. WHAT I CAN NEVER UNDERSTAND IS WHY THEY NOT SHUT DOWN BECAUSE THE FLOOR ALWAYS HAVE PEANUT TRASH CRAZY. WILL BE UPLOADING PICTURE'S SOON

  I love this place. They are quick and the food never disappoints. Someone (in the reviews) mentioned the place not taking cards, but I have over 3 years going to this place and have always paid with my card. Maybe it was a one time thing?
