  $40 for 2 people to eat, the order wasn't right, the food wasn't very good, and corporate wanted me to tip (to pick up my wrong order myself) by not leaving a "no tip" button so they can offset the cost of labor onto the consumer. No sir, pay your employees like a real business. The employees were nice, had no issues with them, but we agreed we're never going back, Sonic would have been the same quality for half the price.

  So I've only been to this place twice and I don't necessarily recall the first time how everything was but this last time I had I went, it was great. The service was amazing and the food was really good. I thought it was a little pricey but in a sense it was well worth it.

  When you walk in you see the entire staff and they are always busy busy at work making your meal on the spot, so the food is great and they strive to give five guys excellence. Never had an issue with a order being wrong, overcooked, and staff are always friendly. Prices are kind of high for me yet again you are getting what you pay for & its yummy 😋😋

  I always visit this location, and I'm never disappointed. Yesterday when I ordered via the app, something weird happened when I selected reorder. It ordered a plain burger. I always get lots of toppings. Sadly, I didn't realize this error until I had made it home. When I returned to the store, theywy we're very gracious and understanding. They quickly remade my burger and gave me a new order of fries. That's top-notch customer service!

  Five Guys always gives you extra fries which justifies the high price on the fries and their burgers. However, this location for the past 2 months do not add any extra fries.. they just fill the cup and that’s it. For a small fries that cost almost $5 i think we deserve the extra fries that Five Guys known for. For $5 I can go to McDonald’s and get way more fries than what I get with my meals. Every time I spend about $30 in Five Guys… for 2 burgers and small fries.. which is not cheap. Today I give it last chance. I ordered small Fries only to see if that will be any different.. but same thing.. Filling the small cup and that’s it. I don’t know if this is how things are now.. or it’s just the employee. And BTW: your free peanut is very salty
