  I mean it's five guys. You know what you're getting here. Staff are pretty cool, and there's plenty of space to sit. They often do fundraisers for organizations at Northeastern, so that's chill.

  It’s a Five Guys, there’s not much more to say. Their milkshakes put them above the rest, but it’s still a chain restaurant that will clog your veins if you go to much. Delicious! Would prefer a local place.

  Fast service and good food. You get a lot of food for your money's worth, but it is pretty much just a standard burger and fries. Great shakes.

  Usually I have no problems at this location. However, I decided to do an online order today since the store was closing in a half hour and walk there. However, even though the money was taken out of my account and I was given a confirmation email, they said they didn't have my order and just stared at me. I just reported the place to customer service. Order in store for better service.
