  Customer Service here has gone downhill from when it 1st opened, at times you’ll either have workers who bored or don’t care to random general customer service you’d except from everywhere, food is good but doesn’t make up for bad service. Went today for a burger and fries, greet by someone wearing a black shirt probably the manager who in my face asking if I was all set as soon I walk in then for him interrupt me while placing my order by a girl who didn’t care (elbow on counter, holding her head) only for me watch employee hover and drop 2 items (burger & fries) like 1 of those claw machines dropping stuff toys into an oversized bag while mad dogging me the whole time (I’m an Army vet and I would’ve broken his jaw for grilling me). Never coming back here and don’t recommend it, taking my business to Smash Burger 2 towns over instead.

  I’ve been to a few of these but I fail to see what is so good I can make better burgers at home hot dogs awful way to many fries

  I consider five guys a good value! I do the burger without the bun as I am Gluten intolerant. Fun music and inviting place to eat.

  You go to 5-guys to get a juicy greasy burger or dog. No vegetarian option unless you're cool with fries. Gluten free option if you get your burger in a lettuce wrap. But if you've got a super sensitivity, the kitchen is not gluten free, so go elsewhere. Enjoy your burger!

  I've yet to have a bad burger from this place. Excellent. Great staff at this location!
