::I love this gym. So much to do and offer. I have fun with my friends. We invite friends for a guest pass and they also enjoy it on the first day. It would be nice of the fee allowed two. Kinda like planet fitness does. I want to try many more classes but until then I enjoy Randy's step class and the Zumba class. Enjoy the pool, sauna and steam room and plan to soon play racquetball. So much to do and offer!

::Wonderful people running and attending facility which has the worst possible men's locker room that stinks, has stained smelly carpeting, rusting airvents, broken showers, filthy toilets, rusting toilet dividers, Just GROSS! . All fantastic members pay high dues and complain constantly to on site management,who everyone respects, but who say their bosses just won't do what is necessary to maintain Mr.Ford's generous donation to create this facility. And to think it is part of Henry Ford Hospital irgan- shameful.

::I LOVE THIS GYM. There are so many activities here: Zumba, Yoga, Cycling, High Intensive Interval training, there's a track, there's a basketball gym, weight lifting, a boot camp on Saturdays, a swimming pool, etc. They even have personal trainers available... It's everything that you can ever want from a gym.... All for one set price, does not include personal trainer in the set price. They always have clean towels. The women's locker room keeps shampoo, soap, and some great smelling lotion.... You need to join today. What are you waiting on?
