  Great clean anf local place where parents like myself, can take their kids along to play in a safe and friendly sitting area, while I work out. Staff is always polite and friendly .

  Terrible customer service. No etiquette by the receptionist to new clients. I was offered a 3 day pass the day that I toured the facility for a few minutes. I did not work out that day. When I returned the following week to use my “three day pass”, I was informed that it was expired already because it needed to be consecutive days. Additionally they counted the day I toured as one day. I requested to have the date changed to start the day I was ready to workout, but was denied multiple times by the receptionist. When I asked to talk to a manager, she responded that there was no one else there, the manager had already left and she could not help me. There was zero understanding for her side and complete ineptitude. I guess it’s a good thing that this was my first experience and learned right away this was not the place to join! Good riddance!

  Very clean and hardly ever crowded. Friendly staff. Great machines and weights area.

  מכון כושר על גדת נהר ההדסון, נוף מרהיב, מקיים מערכת שיעורים הכוללת ספינינג, יוגה מסוגים שונים,עיצוב הגוף, פילאטיס, קיקבוקבס, בטן ירכיים, זומבה ועוד. המדריכים ברובם טובים. המתקנים והמכשירים מגוונים וטובים.. מקלחות טובות, סאונה יבשה ורטובה. חסרים ווי תלייה, מגבות חופשי, סה"כ חוויה טובה. יש אפשרות לקבל אימון אישי בתשלום נוסף. מי שלא מקומי יכול לעשות רק אימון ניסיון אחד, בעוד שלמקומיים יש אפשרות לקבל 3 שיעורי ניסיון. רוב המנהל אדם חביב וקשוב. שיעורי הספינינג של המאמן פול מאוד חווייתיים חיסרון: הבעיה היא שאין מספיק שיעורים ביום. יחס אדיב ומאוד שירותי. A fitness center on the banks of the Hudson River, a spectacular view, offers a variety of classes including spinning, yoga of various types, body design, Pilates, Kickboxes, belly thighs, Zumba and more. The guides are mostly good. The facilities and equipment are varied and good .. Good showers, wet and dry sauna. There are no hanging hooks, free towels, a good total experience, you can get personal training at an additional cost, and anyone who is not local can do only one training experience, while locals can get 3 lessons. Paul's spinning lessons are very experiential Disadvantage: The problem is that there are not enough lessons a day. Courteous attitude especially Rob- the manager,he is very kind and helpful .

  I've been a member of this gym for over a year. It's a nice and spacious center. Staff is always polite, the equipment seems always clean. Bathrooms and locker rooms always on point. Their sauna room is a must try. And they're constantly improving their equipment. It's a great environment and would recommend it to everyone.
