  The owner, Diane, is extremely knowledgeable. I have food allergies (Milk, eggs, bananas, whey) and the past few years became hypoglycemic (do not use insulin). So as you can image my diet became very bland and repetitive until I found this place. With all my problems, she was able to help me find interesting, flavorful foods. Recently she recommended the smoked mozzarella made from cashews delicious!, I had it on a low carb everything bagel with bacon. So many low sugar, low carb products. There is a nutella substitute without sugar that I mix with crunchy almond butter on thin sliced low carb bread yum! I could go on, I love food! I'm also a low carb fantastic, she has a slew of low carb products from pasta to chips, etc... I'm also baking low carb and she is knowledgeable on how to use the different flours and she is willing to answer my questions.

  Today I called Fit Foods about an item I was looking for that was taken out of the grocery store....it is an item that helps me stay on track on my present diet, as well as it being very hard to find anything being a vegetarian. Diane came to my rescue and went out of her way to order the ones I couldn't find anywhere! She said they will be in by the end of the week for my convenience. She even took the time to call me back again! She is very knowledgeable, sweet and down to earth :) She really wants to help the costumers and it shows! I wanted to say thank you because it's not everyday that you get exceptional care from a business like this!
