  The Fit Factory is by far the best group fitness gym I have ever been a part of. The owners have done an incredible job at creating a community of people who are supportive of each other and are so welcoming to all newcomers. I was really nervous for my first class, but within the first minutes of walking into the facility, I was greeted by one of the trainers, who remembered my name from when I signed up earlier that week and was welcomed by the other people participating in the class. Not only is the community great, but the trainers are incredible for so many reasons. They are great at what they do as coaches not only helping you with form and technique but also at acknowledging your strengths and helping you to overcome the mental challenges that come along with some of the workouts. The Fit Factory coaches make each workout fun and do a great job at facilitating the building of this fit community. To top it all off, this week marks my first full month with the Fit Factory and I could not be more excited about the progress I have made in my short time there. I can proudly say I feel stronger, more confident and, more connected to the Nashville fitness community than ever before. I am so grateful for the Fit Factory community and officially consider myself a lifer :) Thank you Fit Factory!

  Amazing gym and an incredible community of people! Key word there is community. Love the people. The workouts are challenging, yet can be modified for any level of fitness. The coaches push you, yet respect your fitness level, and encourage you to perform your best. Plus- they have fairly priced package levels and subscriptions for everyone, regardless if you can come every day, or once or twice a week (like me because you travel for work). Stop reading reviews, try it (you can always drop in to try your first class for free!) and you’ll see what I mean!

  If you are looking for a gym that pushes you physically while also fostering an environment of community and friendship, then Fit Factory is it. The workouts are always diverse and never boring. The friendships that are made in this gym go beyond just working out together. People will push you in the gym and outside of the gym to be the best "you" possible. The coaches are knowledgeable and will help you reach any goal you have. Overall, I have not found a place that feels more like home away from home than Fit Factory. After over a year and a half, I can't imagine going anywhere else. Come sweat and make everlasting friendships in the process!

  Amazing gym! This is the best fitness community I've ever joined. Everyone is so incredibly nice and motivating. Every workout is different and fun. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for coaches who will gently nudge you to be your best while making new friends and getting in the best shape of your life.

  Warning: prepare to be addicted to Fit Factory! After my friends had talked and talked about this place for months, I finally decided to give it a try back in August of 2017. *BONUS: the first class is free so you really have no excuse not to give it a try! Personally, it was one of the best decisions I've ever made! I've never regretted a workout or thought that it could've been harder. You can tailor it to your fitness level so it doesn't matter if you are a beginner or more advanced in your fitness journey. Since starting, I've crushed some personal fitness goals and am seriously in the best shape I think I've ever been in! The coaches are awesome and make sure you maintain proper form during the entire work out. They also do an amazing job of pushing you to exceed even what you thought was possible! Fit Factory also wants you to feel super welcome and does a great job of creating an environment to meet new people.
