  I could not ask for a better experience than what my wife and I had with Scott Pendleton at First United Bank. He was readily available, a pleasure to work with, and went to bat for us every step of the way and was open and honest about the whole process, and ultimately he pushed a tough lending process over the goal line. Highly recommend this Scott and this team!

  Buying a home can be very stressful but Scott and his team are able to take the stress off the process. They are quick, thorough and communicate very well, and no surprises when you come down to the wire. That's why I keep coming back Scott and his team.

  Anna, Melanie and Karina are the dream team! I was fortunate to connect with them on my lending needs through an agent I was working with at the time. I ended up going a different route for my agent needs, but stuck with Anna and her team. I was referred to many different lenders but never really felt the comfort and person ability that I did with Anna and her team. Anna and Mel were always responsive, very knowledgeable, patient and personable. There were times I would almost forget they had other clients, since the level of attention they gave to us made us feel like we were their only customer. Best lending experience ever!
