  Horrible customer service. I called and schedule an appointment and stated it was rather urgent as it was for a business. TI was told they would have someone out the next day and it would be "No problem" Next day no call no show. Followed up the next day and was told they were too busy and couldn't get to me. Did not apologize and told me they could only get out to me the following day. Told them I might need to find someone else then. I was asked to give them a call if I did I said I may forget to call if I do...
