  I was referred to First Quality Roofing by a co-worker. I had some damage in my home from my teenage son and his friends. There was 5 different holes in different parts of my home. I called First Quality to come out and do the work. I have a specific color on my walls and only had a little bit of original paint. I though t for sure I would be spending alot on materials alone. I left to work and when I came home I couldn't believe what a great job they had done. You can't even tell any damage had ever been done. I would recommend them to ANYONE. Fantastic work and very reasonable pricing.

  Had work done was fine found I needed more work done called three times was told someone would get back to me been waiting two months

  Wow, what can I say! Every step of the way this company has been 5 Stars!!! The team at First Quality worked with us here at Bonny Eagle Properties LLC with a roofing insurance claim, helping to keep us within budget, were flexible with a payment plan given the slow process of insurance reimbursement, and their work was on time and top quality! What more can you ask for?

  First Quality Roofing provided excellent customer service in every way. The gentleman that came out for the initial estimate was prompt and extremely professional. He showed me pictures of where the failures were occurring. When the actual work was performed a few weeks later, once again, they were right on time. And the office staff was great when I had many various inquiries for the work and for applying payment. About a week after the work was completed, by chance a coworker asked me if I knew any roofers. I told her about First Quality Roofing. She ended up having her repairs done by them as well and was also pleased with their work.

  From start to finish we had a great experience with this company! The estimate was done quickly and they did a great job keeping in contact with us the entire time. Once we scheduled the date they showed up on time and ready to work. The workers were very courteous about my dogs and would turn the compressor off when I took them out to the bathroom- so the dogs wouldn't get stressed at the loud sound (which I didn't even ask them to do but loved that they did). They finished the work faster than estimated and had my roof patched and beautiful in no time! They cleaned up quickly also. There was no trace that workers had been there, they left the entire area spotless. Quality is definitely something you get with company so its no wonder why its in their name! I have already recommended this company to several neighbors and they have all had great experiences as well.
