  I have my business account, personal checking and saving, and my daughter's account with them. I've been through numerous banks in the past 10 years and none of them hold a candle to first federal on noland road. I feel as if I'm going in to visit family every time I step foot in the door!! They are so accommodating and helpful I couldn't ask for better people to handle all my banking needs! Thank you ladies!!!!

  Informed the associate, in person, about my trip to Ireland so my card wouldn't get shut off. Now I'm stranded in Belfast with no money. Their website contact page doesn't work, and they have no online banking options. I can't buy an international calling card or use Skype because my account is frozen.

  This bank was very good to me. The only reason i left them was because they dont do loans & the credit union down the street does.

  They are always helpful. No hidden fees. Employees are fantastic. I love ffb!
