  I love this place! We've seen three optometrists there, and all three have been fantastic. But I have to especially brag on Dr. V! My 10-year-old had seen a well-respected pediatric opthalmologist who had steered us wrong on a vision problem she had. Dr. V knew exactly what the problem was, explained everything thoroughly so we could understand, took plenty of time with us, and prescribed a much less invasive and problematic treatment plan than the opthalmologist had. I felt such confidence that we had gone to the right place and were getting excellent advice and care!

  I found First Eye Care Hurst over a year ago after moving to the area and needing a new optometrist. My initial decision was primarily based on the acceptance of my insurance and a quick glance at online reviews. Now, I'll be a customer as long as I live in the area. At my initial visit I saw Dr. V (Viren Choksi) only because his availability worked with mine. After just a few minutes with him, I knew he was a great doctor and that I would be a return patient. I have now seen him twice. He is friendly and gives me as much time as I need. He answers my questions with clarity and without making me feel weird for asking. He makes recommendations based on his professional experience and yet, allows me to decide what is best for my needs and preferences. To top it all off, the office and waiting room are very comfortable and immaculately clean. (Bonus: free drinks while you wait.) Stop your search and make an appointment today. You won't be disappointed.

  Been a customer for years..The doctors all do a fantastic job, answering all questions and taking time with you to explain how the eye functions in relation to your particular eye issues. The Opticians take the time with you to find the frames you're looking for. Tbe only suggestion for improvement I would make is to improve the lighting on the frames on the wall as well as the lighting at the desks where clients try on and select frames.

  Excellent experience and service! Dr. Tomy filled in for doctors away on conference and spent time educating me and answering all my questions. Tiffany multitasked to help my husband and me at the same time using four insurance policies and ordering four pair of glasses. What a pro! Everyone from the kind lady that booked our appointments and ran our preliminary tests were top notch in courtesy and professionalism. Great job!

  BEST EVER!! I have eye issues! Dystrophy, severe dry eye, etc. Dr. Bean examined me and Heather Wilkinson fit me for some special vision wear. These folks are so knowledgeable of new studies and stay up-to-date on the latest and greatest in vision. Heather took her time with me and her training was patient and successful with me. The follow up was impeccable. I can now see better than I've ever seen before. I'm so thankful for First Eye Care and recommend them highly. Thank you!
