::Hold are crazy and then when I get a hold of some one they place me on hold for over 10 minutes! It happened twice back to back. They never even checked up with me or even asked me how they can help me. I try to make payments online but the site isn't even working half the time. Its not user friendly either. Its very frustrating when it comes to make payments with them.

::Refied my car loan and got a credit card through them. Its been THE WORST EXPERIENCE. If you get a loan or credit card through them....you better make your payments in cash to the branch directly. Their website is NOT user friendly, they charge $10 to process a payment on the phone. Spoken to two people today and neither helped. I've been on hold for 20 minutes now again to try and avoid having a late fee or have it hit my credit. They are an absolute joke. I'm seriously considering refinancing with a different company at a higher rate and pay more every month then deal with them. UPDATE: Spoke with a Jacqueline (who deserves a raise) and she gave me her direct # and told me to call her back later this week and she will personally help me figure out whats going on. She waived the $10 this month so I wasn't late. Made some jokes.....that woman knows how to calm a crazy customer down. Seriously....she turned this whole thing around for me

::I was a lifetime customer of Bank of America, but when I saw how First credit union treats people, I knew it was time to make the switch. I worked directly with Sarah, who is awesome in every sense of the word. I refinanced my auto loan with an amazing interest rate, and to top it off, I signed up for everything through video chat! I was stuck in the hospital so this option what amazing, and it worked flawlessly. I was also approved for a credit card, which will be nice to have in case of emergencies. I would highly recommend working with Sarah at First Credit Union!!!
