  Only got this bank because I was recommended to it by someone I know that used it. I had Bank of America before that everyone told me not to use them anymore even though I liked them for 15 years that I had them and when I got first County I realized how slow they are with responding to people they tell you they're going to call you back when they don't they say they're going to remove a fee that is bizarre and ridiculous especially when the item is like a dollar 75 and then they get a $40 overdraft charge for it it's ridiculous and then they hit it for 5 times in your like negative 200 I mean this is a great account for somebody that has a lot of money and is not a white blue-collar hard-working American middle class auto mechanic like me because people like me have to work and live week-to-week I'm losing my house as it is and I have to face a bank that does not have the competency to call you back understand your situation or explain properly the way that their charges come in much much later than your average bank and that causes you to have to really use your own old school type ledger to budget your account because if you were on Bank of America like I was you would see that these things hit right away and you know exactly where you are at all times and they don't double triple quadruple charge you especially on bogus Bazaar small amounts and things like one week late after the fact fees of pre auth from a gas pump which is like a dollar and then you're going to get a -35 bucks from that! Insane! Insane! Insane! But the worst part is not just the way they have their system setup it is just the way that they lie to you and tell you that they are going to Grant you some Grace and give you back some of the money that they stole from your account when they can obviously tell that you're hurting instead of just laying off with the fees they have to pile them on on top and really screw you bad! What a horrible taste they left in my mouth I cannot stand this bank and I can't wait to come back to my home at Bank of America! I hope they're looking at this now because both of them need to see who's good and who is NOT!
