::I wanted to get a loan to help with improving my credit score and help for me, too. I filled out the application form online. The next day I went to this location to sign the contract. Half an hour later I was free to leave. The staff are very nice and professional. They were a big help to me by resetting the pin for my bank card. I would,very much, recommend this bank. It was a pleasant experience.

::Here is some facts for you people who post negative reviews. Everytime i come here, and i mean EVERYTIME, its always 5 star services for me. 1) Next time pay attention to the guy who is infront of you, or behind you, or pay attention to what YOU do....how long do they/he/she/YOU take to do your/their business?....thats what i thought. Again, its not the workers who are slow, its the people who come to this bank and hog the service for a long time. 2) To the guy who is talking about access code, these guys are more than happy to help you out, they even helped me with my access code. 3) The city you people are in is called Houston, its the city thats growing in population, of course there will be long lines...please educate yourselves, otherwise you will look ridiculous posting reviews without facts. 4) Please, No racism is present here, lets not go there. 5) The bank employees deal with alot of people daily....give them a break.

::This bank gives opportunity for criminals to open accounts in order to commit fraud transactions. We just fallen victims to cyber fraud which cost us 44.000 USD. This bank refused to fully cooperate.
