  Worst bank ever. They don't even help you and you have to go all the way to the bank to update anything

  The manager here at this location does not know what customer service is. Not only was she rude but treated me like a criminal for trying to cash a teller check from Usaa bank, this was the second check I've cashed from Usaa. I don't know how she verified the check but she tried to not return the check to me. I immediately called Usaa bank because I was furious that they would give me a bad check. To my surprise the banker on the phone was able to verify the check on the phone within 30sec. After 7 years with this bank I was treated this way. This very inconvenient and humiliating experience has made me switch banks.

  Very convient days and hours. Great location, but very slow services. Don't visit if you're in a hurry. Overdraft services sucks. Had a bad experience when I got in a financial crunch. I usually get my direct deposit frim work a day early, but they made sure my payroll was held until that Friday. More fees for them. Thank God Im back upon my feet so that they can't suck my account up wirh OD fees. God d is good!!
