  I had the worst experience in this branch. I was waiting in the line for over 10 mins only myself was in the line. While I was waiting the young lady was assisting a customer however within that time she was joking around with another employee and taking her sweet time to complete her transaction. When finally she calls me she did not direct me as a customer and deposit my account and threw my 20 dollar change without my deposit slip. I see an manager name what I remember ms.Banks I turn around and asked her if she's the manager. She reply yes and i explained of what accrue and this other employee which I think she was the branch assistant manager. Very rude and with a tone justifying the the other banker was a trainer. I immediately tell her regardless he was joking around and both was delaying the transaction and allow me to wait that long for a deposit without having a line and a few minute simeone get in the line. other No apology from the bankers and that rude person. Ms. Banks did apologise. So you all know I do speak Spanish and they was not talking anything work related. My first time there. I am a customer that has been banking for many years at Arlington branch. Those employee never disrespect me and makes me feel welcome every time I go there. I am a very passive person. In order for anyone to upset me takes a lot. I will never recommend anyone to go there and I will take further actions in this matter.

  After standing behind the true people of Walmart, I've lived in a trailer, these people took the cake... for almost a solid hour because Walmart wouldn't give a roll of quarters at customer service... I was asked if I had an account and told I couldn't get a cash transaction unless I was a customer. I basically begged and said there's no sign and I've waited an hour. She carved out of a one time "courtesy" (that every other bank does). I'll never open an account there and shame on them. Also get more than one teller on Sunday since you're actually open. Unbelievable.

  My husband is a full signer on his deceased Father's account. We went and attempted to deposit checks, and they told us the account cannot accept deposits. We were quite shocked and asked why, they couldn't tell us. WE had to call Customer Service hotline and they could find NOTHING wrong with the account, nor any reason for it bieng flagged. My husband made the remark (in a very diplomatic and calm way) that maybe its time to close this account, the Branch Manager said OK and moved to the next customer. Horrible Customer Service and untrustworthy banking practices.

  Every time I do business here at First Convenience for the last several years, it is nothing but a pleasure. Whether I am cashing a check, making change, making a deposit or withdrawal, the people are always friendly and smiling and take care of my requests! The people who write bad reviews on this bank might want to take a look at how they handle their banking business! If you do it with credibility, you'll have no problem here. These folks have the "big banks" like Bank of America and Chase beat by far in customer service! Try cashing a check at the "big banks"! Try making a $1,000 or more check deposit and see how LONG you have to wait for YOUR money to be available at the "big banks" that want you to wait 10 -to- 14 days before your money is available to you!!! I HAVE an account at a "big bank," too--but ONLY for convenience of the numerous branches. Thank you for always being there for me, First Convenience!

  Put a hold on my account and didn't even tell me had to go all the way back just to find out horrible customer service
