People here super nice and super professional! My dog got fully recovered after a major surgery, very grateful to the staffs. Please make an appointment for your visit if not emergency because the line for drop in is long long long! Just explaining that they have a good and popular reputation at local.

What a Godsend NMHP is! The Staff and Doctors are fantastic! No matter how chaotic the waiting room becomes, they remain calm and professional. Personally, I am extremely grateful for their dedication and professionalism. They take wonderful care of the animals and the people who love them!

I will never take my pets any where else.. The whole team is always friendly and helpful. Yes sometimes there is await but for the love and the wonder care is well worth it,,

The staff here at the Cassett location are nice and the place is clean. The prices are right.... However, the wait times are absolutely terrible. My first visit I waited 2 hours to be seen! I understand emergencies but I had an appointment and my cat was terrified with everything. Now, I am literally in the waiting room, with an appointment again, and have been waiting for an hour again! I saw people who came in after me get in. I am highly annoyed. I will be finding a new place to take my animals after this because I can't sit here hours after our appointment time to be seen. Update: After an hour and 15 minutes, we finally got called in, but only after I started seriously complaining. I was told they called for me and I didn't respond. I call bull because I was listening to every pet they called. Apparently, it must have been covered by barks. Yet, for all the other ones called, they make loops to double check.

My pets are always well taken care of here. The staff here do a good thing for a lot of animals in need of care. The waiting room is always busy, but it's refreshing to see that every animal that comes through their doors gets the same compassionate care as the next. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. Thank you for all that you do for the community!
