  Very poorly managed. Elevators don't work, only one has worked at a time for the past year and people have gotten stuck in the elevators countless times. The stairwells would be locked on the first floor so you would have to find a way to get to one from the second floor which means walking all the way around the deck, then when you did manage to get in, it reeks of urine. The handicap spots are ridiculous, I had a colleague in a wheelchair that would have to go around the deck because there are no handicap spots on the first floor and of course the elevators don't work! You should also hope your car never gets hit in this deck because you will have to hound for over 2 weeks to get the footage for your insurance and it's not even clear enough to make out ANY license plates in this garage therefore it's up to you to figure out a way to clear it up and have PD do anything about it. The security will yell at you and hang up the phone if you question at all why it has taken so long and they will also lie and tell you it can't be done and then produce the footage ten minutes later. Childish and unprofessional is the least than can be said. As much as one pays to park here, you would think they would show some type of customer service. Stay away if at all possible.

  I am not typically one to complain, but I have never experienced such lack of hospitality in a professional setting. The teller at this location did not even attempt to make me feel welcome while conducting business with her, and our conversation resulted in my not even being able to complete a deposit due to her attitude. She seemed outraged at the idea of having to wait on me right as the "doors" open (this is a drive-thru location), and after trying to point out the simple expectations of mine for a quick and happy transaction - I have decided that this is the cherry on top to make a change. This is not the first time that I have had poor service with this bank, even after holding accounts with them throughout the past decade. Because of this incident, I will be closing down my last account there as soon as possible.
