  That place sucks!! Went the today to try to sell a brand new entertainment system and the guy told me i needed a receipt. He said its state law cause it was brand new. I've never heard of that before.

  I try to pawn my Limited Gold Edition Playstation 4. They told me was only worth $130, because you can get it painted on gold. No way I was going to pawn them a limited edition with 9 games (newer titles), two controllers and a charger for $130. I am glad I didn’t not pawn it here, I ended up selling it online for $500. I guess they do not understand what very rare limited edition is, oh well. Have a great day :)

  Great people to work with. We have had to deal with some sketchy pawn shops over the past couple of years while building our business and this is hands down the best in regards to their staff and how they handle their business. We had some pretty valuable stuff in pawn here and somehow confused out last day of grace and was a day late... Most pawn shops would've immediately taken our stuff and put it on their shelves for sale but these guys didn't, they said they understood and even offered to give us an additional, extra day if needed.

  Do not bother with this place. Their customer service is complete GARBAGE. On different occasions when I have tried to call with questions these people will put you on hold for 15+ minutes. I can hang up and call back ten times trying to get a word in for a quick question and every time they will put you back on hold. I see I'm not the only one with this problem! I would have been a valuable customer as I was looking to spend several hundred dollars on items they have; I'll save my money for a place that deserves it.
