  We went to the Firestone on post because we like it there we feel that we get treated better there. We came in scared because we knew we had electrical problems and it would be expensive Luis met us and greeted us asked us what we needed we we explained are problems with the car he took time out to look it up on the computer and it is a very common problem with our car he found a quick solution spoke to the mechanic and together they I felt I was like one of his family members and he had to look out for me. I had gone to other mechanics before and always was told it was going to be a very expensive fix I might as well get another car Louis and the mechanic together found a very easy fix and my car is running like it's new again. I could not be more happy thank you for your stone for hiring a great guy like Luis

  I Remeber this place,people are nice but service is pitiful. I think was 5 hours for an oil change,my car was literally in the garage for that long. It wasn’t busy either,pathetic! Very bad and no good! I do my own oil now bc of this

  I dropped my car off for an alignment and was already excited when I saw the rack recessed in the ground! (Low and highly modified car) I hung around and talked to the guy that was working on it, I could tell he knew his stuff. Another perk for me, the person that drove it out of the lot didn't get on the gas, as much fun as it would've been, it's happened a lot. BUT, even with all adjustable control arms, toe, and traction rods the alignment only took about 40mins! 5 stars from me!

  Besides constantly insisting to do services that are not needed and not even competitively priced, they do a mediocre job at that. They rounded off the nut on my drain plug of my oil pain after they did an oil change, they replaced my windshield wiper fluid reservoir instead of replacing a line that was leaking.

  Failed my older truck for a non existent 3rd brake light that it never even had from the factory. Manager has no idea what he's doing, enforcing rules and laws he doesn't even know. Over priced. Horribly long waiting times. Mechanics are decent but they'll try to nickel and dime you anyway they can. No one passes inspection here. Took my truck to a different inspection shop and it passed without issues. I will tell anyone, never to go to this firestone.
